visible galaxy's
galaxy's that you can see with the naked eye... not much bigger than a star, but big enough to where you can see the swirl and such. it probably doesn't make sense physics-wise, but it makes for a good addition to fantasy world!

Don't like it. That's borderline to being physically impossibly and (to me at least) doesn't really make a contribution to the world of Emather that outweighs the realism it throws away.

Are you referring to gravitational pulls?
If nothing else, we could simply have Doten's Eye be a galaxy that appears as a very bright star in the night sky. This is a reality in our world (the Andromeda Galaxy being the one I am familiar with), so it would surely work for Emathar.
